Each of the 96 guest rooms conveys a distinctive Masai Manyatta mood and is furnished with authentic African murals painted by a local artist. The pool is filled with fresh water from a spring flowing from Mount Kilimanjaro. Governors' Camp is situated on the banks of the Mara River in the west of the Masai Mara Game Reserve. There are 37 tents set amongst the trees along the Mara river, with unrivalled views over the plains. All guest tents have en-suite bathrooms with shower and basin, running cold and hot water as well as a flush toilet. Gas and paraffin lamps are used for lighting.

Sanctuary Olonana is located in the Masai Mara, the heart of Kenya’s big game country. Raised on stilts above the forest canopy, a timbered drawbridge leads from the forest up on to the wooden decks of the lodge. Inside, the impression of having boarded a ship is perpetuated by a combination of log panelled walls, timbered game-viewing decks and winding stairs leading to a selection of snugly comfortable, cabin-styled rooms.
