At Jetset your financial protection is just as important to us as making sure you have a great holiday.
We financially protect our clients in three ways:
ABTA Bond V5018
Jetset is fully bonded with ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) and our registration number is V5018. The ABTA bond also provides financial protection for travellers if their tour operator ceases trading. More information can be found at www.abta.com
CAA ATOL 3200
The air holiday packages at this website are ATOL protected by the Civil Avaiation Authority (CAA). Our ATOL license number is 3200. ATOL financially protects customers holidays and flights in the event of their tour operator ceasing to trade. More information can be found at www.atol.org.uk or by consulting our booking conditions page.
The price of our air holidays packages includes £1 per person as part of the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC), which we pay to the CAA. This charge is included in our advertised prices.
ATOL protection does not apply to all holidays and travel services. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
Airline Failure Protection (AFP)
Jetset protects those customers who purchase flights with us should the airline providing the flights fail. AFP gives financial protection enabling us to quickly find you alternative flight arrangements, or provide a full refund, or to repatriate you if in the process of travelling.
